Beaumont Drylining Ltd are a company based in Plymouth, covering the whole of the South West, specialising in internal fit outs. With over 20 years experience in the fitting of all types of metal stud partitions, suspended ceilings, installation of SFS linings, direct fixing of plasterboard to timber frame units, bonding plasterboard to block work walls, tape & jointing and plaster finishing. As a company we always aim for the highest quality of work, therefore all of our operatives hold CSCS cards and NVQ'S in their relevant areas. We are also CHAS and SMAS accredited and have full employers/public liability insurance.
Plasterboard sheets fixed to either metal or timber framing with the desired acoustic/fire properties. A faster, more cost effective and efficient way of forming internal partitions.
A dropped ceiling is often a secondary ceiling, hung below the main (structural) ceiling. It may also be referred to as a drop ceiling, T-bar ceiling, false ceiling, or suspended ceiling, and is a staple of modern construction and architecture.
The plasterboards are tapered edged (TE) to allow the jointing tape to sit below the finished surface. Taping and Jointing is normally a 3-stage process.
The application of a two-coat plaster to provide a highly durable, smooth to the touch, additional sound proofing finish.
Traditional sand & cement render or new through coloured renders such as K Rend, Webber, Parex and Marmorit.
Traditional 4/1 sand & cement with fibres screed. Acoustic isorubber and HD10+ membrane to comply with Robust Details.
We have a very successful painting division of Beaumont Drylining Ltd that has been running alongside us for 5 years with over 10 years experience.
SFS is a lightweight solution that is quick to install and easily supports cladding on the exterior of new build projects. It can also be used for supporting heavy aesthetic detailing such heavy stone store front exteriors for example. As part of our SFS service, we offer a number of external façade solutions, such as weather boarding, to ensure the building meets the thermal, aesthetic, fire safety and other performance criteria required for your project.
Beaumont Drylining Ltd as a company strive to grow within the construction industry in the South West and maintain a high quality service from start to finish. We recognise that there needs to be a balance between costs, quality and long term performance, especially when time-scales and budgets are tight or unpredictable. We believe that quality should never change. Maintaining our high reputation is what strives us to make our company grow. We believe that quality and client satisfaction is essential throughout the build and after. We will continue to keep our reputation as a high quality and reliable company.
Our main aim of Beaumont Drylining Ltd is to be commerically successful, it is our policy to carry out the work in a responsible manner. Health, Safety and Enviromental matters will always form a major part of our business management.
Beaumont Drylining Ltd are pleased to be an accredited contractor with both CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment) and also SMAS (Safety Management Advisory Services).
But what do CHAS and SMAS accreditation mean to our customers? They are Government sponsored third party examiners of our own Health and Safety procedures. This involves an independant body examining how we prepare our working method statements and risk assessments and that we have procedures in place to ensure the safety of our workforce and the general public. This means you have independant assurance that any work carried out by Beaumont Drylining Ltd on your behalf will be undertaken in a professional and safe manner.
Each contract is different and unique in everyway so individual risk, COSHH assessment with method statements are produced to each contract.
We have a highly experienced and competent workforce who are all CSCS card trained, with NVQ Level 2 in drylining.
Beaumont Drylining Ltd are CHAS and SMAS certified. SMAS Worksafe Schemes offer a fast, efficient and cost effective way of demonstrating our Health and Safety competence and gaining a nationally recognised health & safety certificate from a SSIP Member Scheme.
We also have an external Health & Safety advisor who assists in site visits during and for completition of work - this ensures all our processes are setup and running correctly at all times. [www.pssweb.co.uk]
Beaumont Drylining Ltd is also aware of its responsibilities to the enviroment and we are committed to operating its business responsibly and in compliance with all legal requirements.
As regulations tighten and pressure on landfill sites intensify, site waste is a major concern and we are committed to taking back and reprocessing plasterboards from sites. We work closely with British Gypsum who offer a service to recycle the plasterboards once collected from site.
Scrap Metals are recycled locally. Timbers are chipped for gardens.
