Services

Beaumont Drylining Ltd are a company based in Plymouth, covering the whole of the South West, specialising in internal fit outs. With over 20 years experience in the fitting of all types of metal stud partitions, suspended ceilings, installation of SFS linings, direct fixing of plasterboard to timber frame units, bonding plasterboard to block work walls, tape & jointing and plaster finishing. As a company we always aim for the highest quality of work, therefore all of our operatives hold CSCS cards and NVQ'S in their relevant areas. We are also SMAS accredited and have full employers/public liability insurance.

Internal Partitions

Plasterboard sheets fixed to either metal or timber framing with the desired acoustic/fire properties. A faster, more cost effective and efficient way of forming internal partitions.

Suspended Ceilings

A dropped ceiling is often a secondary ceiling, hung below the main (structural) ceiling. It may also be referred to as a drop ceiling, T-bar ceiling, false ceiling, or suspended ceiling, and is a staple of modern construction and architecture.

Tape and Jointing

The plasterboards are tapered edged (TE) to allow the jointing tape to sit below the finished surface. Taping and Jointing is normally a 3-stage process.

Plastering

The application of a two-coat plaster to provide a highly durable, smooth to the touch, additional sound proofing finish.

Rendering

Traditional sand & cement render or new through coloured renders such as K Rend, Webber, Parex and Marmorit.

Screeding

Traditional 4/1 sand & cement with fibres screed. Acoustic isorubber and HD10+ membrane to comply with Robust Details.

External & Internal Decorating

We have a very successful painting division of Beaumont Drylining Ltd that has been running alongside us for 5 years with over 10 years experience.

SFS Linings

SFS is a lightweight solution that is quick to install and easily supports cladding on the exterior of new build projects. It can also be used for supporting heavy aesthetic detailing such heavy stone store front exteriors for example. As part of our SFS service, we offer a number of external façade solutions, such as weather boarding, to ensure the building meets the thermal, aesthetic, fire safety and other performance criteria required for your project.

Beaumont Drylining Ltd as a company strive to grow within the construction industry in the South West and maintain a high quality service from start to finish. We recognise that there needs to be a balance between costs, quality and long term performance, especially when time-scales and budgets are tight or unpredictable. We believe that quality should never change. Maintaining our high reputation is what strives us to make our company grow. We believe that quality and client satisfaction is essential throughout the build and after. We will continue to keep our reputation as a high quality and reliable company.
